  • Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including content creation, publishing, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including emerging platforms and features.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and engagement on social media.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

You’re qualified if you have…

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
