You’re qualified if you have…
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, managing technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Experience in documenting processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
- PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
